Understanding and improving your life can feel overwhelming due to its inherent complexity. The "Life Assessment" provides a structured approach to navigate this complexity by breaking your life into manageable, distinct areas. This comprehensive report offers actionable insights, guiding you towards positive and lasting change.

About The Life Report
The Life Report is a powerful tool designed to help you pinpoint areas for growth and improvement. Life's intricate nature often makes it difficult to know where to begin when striving for positive transformation. This assessment provides clarity by evaluating your life across specific, separate domains, ensuring a holistic understanding of your current state.

The Four Cores and Subcores
We simplify life into four fundamental domains, known as the "Four Core," each with its own set of subcores:
- Physical: Encompasses food, fitness, and finances.
- Spiritual: Relates to your connection with God, church, and personal mission.
- Relational: Covers your marriage or romantic relationship, family, and friends.
- Developmental: Focuses on your career and continuous learning.

Measures Six Distinct Variables
The Life Survey delves deeper into each subcore by measuring six distinct variables:
- Priority: How important each subcore is to you.
- Happiness: Your current satisfaction level with each subcore.
- Control: Your perceived ability to enact change within each subcore.
- Training: Your knowledge, skills, and abilities in each subcore.
- Investment: The time you dedicate to each subcore weekly.
- Planning: The quality of your strategic planning for each subcore.
The Life Report synthesizes over eighty data points to provide highly personalized and actionable feedback.

Life Scores
Your Life Score, ranging from 0-390, offers a quantitative measure of your overall well-being. For individuals who consider all four cores essential, scores typically fall between 310-390. However, the scale adjusts if certain cores or subcores are not relevant to your life. For instance, if the spiritual core isn't applicable, the scale reduces by 120 points (0-310). Similarly, if a subcore like marriage is not relevant, the scale decreases by 30 points (e.g., 0-360 for an unmarried individual who values all four cores).
